At its centre is Louis, chef de cuisine & maestro des plats, whose hands have shaped the kitchen at Patron for over 7 years. With a deep understanding of French culinary tradition, Louis now brings his vision to this new chapter in his journey, a reflection of the care & passion he has poured into every dish over the years, a petite sœur bistro that draws inspiration from its predecessor while embracing a new unique direction.
